Matt Perkins @nudoru

I have a long history of creating digital art, starting in the 1990s and leading to a career as a multimedia developer. I began pursuing generative art in January '21 and have released several long-form pieces on fx(hash) and short-form on Versum. My work explores the styles of traditional painting and impressionism as seen through the lens of generative art, taking inspiration from the natural world to blend my experience in fine art with the new medium of code.

My work is generative art created using pure JavaScript code in the browser. I use no AI tools in my process. Each algorithm was created by programming a JavaScript application that runs on your desktop or mobile phone and can produce limitless variations.
